The metal got scorching hot after roughly 10 minutes of use and burned my leg. It's now blistering and it happened about 20 minutes ago. The item is still extremely hot to touch. Do NOT purchase this product- besides the painful burn it doesn't even work well.

Within 2 months the fabric was ripping at the seams on the armrests. DRIVE said it was from use...not covered. I sent photos showing the arms were perfect except at the seams, where the fabric was attached to the plastic frame. I held off writing a review but DRIVE Medical did not acknowledge. I can not recommend any product from a company that does not stand behind what they sell...it wasn't even 90 days later! There are too many other choices to have to settle.

I had this product sent as a gift to my mother in Florida. She's 85, with severe vision loss, and is severely arthritic. She had discouraged me from getting it, thinking it would be no use to her. However, it arrived when the vendor said it would, it's lightweight, and it was easy to assemble (according to my sister). Mom called it "wonderful." She uses it both in the house ("It fits through all the doors," she said) and for forays outside. "It gives me stability so I can stand up straight!" she says. I'm glad I bought it. The price, with shipping, was good, too.

Very please with this product. The bath bench is very sturdy and comfortable. I would recommend this product to anyone with limited mobility and with trouble with getting up or down. The shipping was very timely. Thanks

I saw this rollator at a local medical supply store for $250. It appears to be identical to the one I purchased at Amazon-- so the Amazon price is certainly a bargain. Free freight and no sales tax made the purchase even better by comparison.
The product works great and gives good stability. I like the padded seat and use it when we are out and about doing shopping or errands.
It stores and loads for car travel pretty easy for us. We drive a Toyota Prius so there's lots of room when the back seats are folded down. It will also fit with the back seats up.
The portability, the padded seat, the construction, and ease of purchase were factors that we considered. I also bought a cup and cane holder from Amazon.

this item will not fit on an elongated toilet..it only fits on a round..the description does not tell you that and it is not returnable, so im stuck with this and out of the money
